The short version. Wealth Gauge has no accounts, no servers of ours, no ads, and no analytics. Everything you enter is stored only on your device. The app does not even request permission to use the internet. We, Acelova Global, never receive or see your financial information.
1. Who we are
Wealth Gauge is made by Acelova Global. Contact: hello@acelova.com.
2. What the app stores on your device
To work, the app saves what you choose to enter, in the app's private storage on your phone:
- An optional first name, your currency, and your language.
- Your income, expenses, and answers to the Wealth Diagnostic.
- Anything you add in the tools: net worth items, debts, goals, emergency fund, budget split, and Investment Lab inputs.
- Your lesson progress, streak, and settings such as whether weekly quotes are switched on.
This information is not sent to us or to anyone else.
3. What we collect
Nothing. Wealth Gauge contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting tools, and there is no Acelova server for it to talk to.
4. Google Play
- Purchases. You buy the app through Google Play. Google processes your payment under the Google Privacy Policy; we do not receive your payment details.
- Licence check. The app asks the Google Play app on your device to confirm the purchase. Google answers with a signed "licensed" or "not licensed" result, which the app checks on your phone. None of your financial data is part of this check.
5. Backups
If you have Android backup turned on, Android may include the app's data in your Google account backup, or copy it when you move to a new phone, so your progress is not lost. These backups are created and stored by Google under your Google account; Acelova has no access to them. You can manage or turn off backup in your phone's settings.
6. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app shows a short quote from a well-known book on building wealth three times a week. These are scheduled on your phone; no message is sent from a server. You can switch them off in the app (Edit Profile, Wealth quotes) or in Android settings at any time.
7. Permissions the app uses
- Notifications, only if you allow them, for the weekly quotes.
- Run at startup, so the quote schedule continues after your phone restarts.
- Google Play licence check, to confirm your purchase.
The app does not use the internet, your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos, and it never asks for bank logins.
8. Deleting your data
Because your data lives on your phone, you are in full control. Use Reset All Data in the app (Edit Profile), or uninstall the app, to delete it. To remove any copy in your Google backup, manage backups in your Google account settings.
9. Children
Wealth Gauge is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
If the way the app handles data ever changes, for example if a future version adds an optional online feature, we will update this policy and the date above before that version is released, and explain the change in the app.
