1. Who we are

Wealth Gauge ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Acelova Global. Contact: hello@acelova.com.

2. Your purchase

• Wealth Gauge is a paid app, bought once through Google Play at the price shown in your country. There are no ads and no subscriptions.
• Payment, receipts, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms and refund policy. You can request a refund through Google Play.
• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices signed in to the Google account that bought it.

3. Licence check

To protect paying customers, the app periodically asks Google Play, on your device, to confirm that this copy was purchased. If Google Play repeatedly reports that the copy is not licensed (for example after a refund), the app may lock until the purchase is restored. Your data is never deleted by this check; repurchasing and tapping "check again" restores access straight away. Temporary errors or being offline never lock the app.

4. Numbers, projections, and the Investment Lab

Scores, timelines, projections, and simulations in Wealth Gauge are estimates based on the figures you enter and on stated assumptions (for example an illustrative yearly return). They are for learning only. Real markets rise and fall, past results never promise future ones, and actual outcomes will differ. The Investment Lab uses pretend money and illustrative scenarios; it does not place trades or connect to any account. Consider your own situation and speak to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

5. Your data

Everything you type into Wealth Gauge is stored on your device. We have no servers that receive it and no accounts to sign in to. The app does not link to bank accounts, hold money, or move money. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

6. Fair use

You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, or modify the app; not to bypass or tamper with the licence check; and not to reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it.

7. Content

The app's lessons, tools, design, and text belong to Acelova Global. Quotations from published books and authors are short excerpts shown with attribution for education and commentary; they remain the work of their authors.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Wealth Gauge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acelova Global is not liable for any financial loss or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the date above. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the app at any time.
