Delete your account or data

How it works

Enter the email address of your PhotoPoem account and choose what to delete. We will schedule your request and process it after a 30-day grace period. During that window you can cancel it by signing back into the app (Settings → Delete account or data).

• Delete my account removes your account and everything tied to it: your profile, poems, marketplace listings, follows, likes, and bookmarks.
• Delete my content only removes the poems and listings you've published but keeps your account.

Some records may be retained where the law requires, or for safety and abuse-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
