1. Who we are

PhotoPoem: AI Poetic Photo ("PhotoPoem", "we", "us") is operated by Acelova Global. Contact: hello@acelova.com.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least the minimum age required to use the app in your country (and at least 13, or the higher age required by local law). PhotoPoem is not directed to children. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, poems, and other content you create. By publishing content in PhotoPoem, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the app (for example, showing your post in the feed or on your profile). You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

4. Community rules & prohibited content

PhotoPoem is a home for poetry. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights. In particular, we have a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Prohibited content and behaviour are described in our Child Safety Standards.

Content you publish is screened by automated moderation and may be reviewed by our team. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we report certain content to authorities where required by law.

5. Reporting

You can report a post, comment, or profile from within the app using the report option, including a dedicated option for child safety concerns. We review reports and take appropriate action. See our Child Safety Standards for how to report and how we respond.

6. AI-generated content

PhotoPoem uses AI to help turn your photos into poems. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing content before you publish or share it. You agree not to use the AI features to create prohibited content.

7. Subscriptions & the marketplace

PhotoPoem may offer optional subscriptions and a marketplace for creators. Where in-app purchases are enabled, they are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms; manage or cancel subscriptions in your Play account. Prices and features may change. During testing periods, paid features may be disabled and no charge is made.

8. Disclaimers & liability

PhotoPoem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acelova Global is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the app from time to time; material changes are reflected by the date above. You may stop using PhotoPoem at any time, and we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
