1. Who we are

Acelova Global ("Acelova", "we", "us", "our") is a software studio that builds and operates web and mobile products. You can reach us at hello@acelova.com. In these terms, "you" means the person or organisation using our services, and "Services" means the Acelova website, Acelova Executive OS, and any other web product we make available under these terms.

2. Scope of these terms

These are the general terms for our web Services. A specific product may add its own supplementary terms; where a product has its own terms (for example the PhotoPoem Terms of Service for our mobile app), those apply to that product in addition to these. If there is a conflict, the product-specific terms govern for that product. By creating an account or using a Service, you agree to these terms.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To use Acelova Executive OS you create an account with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You must:

• be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and be using the Service for a business or professional purpose;
• provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
• verify your email address when asked, and keep your sign-in credentials secure;
• be responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Tell us promptly at hello@acelova.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. One person or organisation is responsible for each account, or "workspace".

4. Free access and future plans

Acelova Executive OS is currently offered free of charge during an early-access period. No payment details are required to sign up. Features may be added, changed, or removed while we develop the product.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or store or transmit unlawful content;
• attempt to access data belonging to another workspace, or probe, scan, or test the security of the Services without our written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services, or place an unreasonable load on our systems, including through automated scraping;
• reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services except as allowed by law;
• upload malicious code or use the Services to send spam or to harass others.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken, to protect the Services or other users.

6. Your data and content

The projects, clients, contracts, financial records, team details, and other information you enter into Acelova Executive OS are yours ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, and display Your Data in order to operate the Service for you, to back it up, and to provide support. You are responsible for Your Data and for having the right to store it, including any personal information about your own clients or staff, for which you act as the controller and we act as your processor.

7. Privacy and what we collect

To run the Services we collect and process:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, sign-in method, and profile photo where provided;
• Workspace and onboarding details that you give us, such as your company name, industry, business type, team size, time in business, goals, and brand preferences;
• Usage and diagnostic information, such as the steps you complete during signup and onboarding, and basic device or browser information, which we use to understand how the product is used, to improve it, and to provide support.

We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Services, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information. We keep it while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. If you have questions about your information or want it exported or deleted, contact hello@acelova.com.

8. Security and workspace isolation

We design the Services so that each workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace, and we enforce access controls on our servers so that you can only read and write your own workspace's data. Acelova operators may access workspace data only where necessary to run the Service, provide support you request, comply with the law, or protect the Services and their users.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Your Data. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your own credentials safe.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on trusted third-party providers, including Google and Google Firebase for authentication, hosting, and data storage. Your use of features provided through them may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Our intellectual property

The Services, including the Acelova and Acelova Executive OS names, logos, software, design, and content we provide (but excluding Your Data), are owned by Acelova Global or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes while these terms are in effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Availability, beta features and changes

The Services are provided on an ongoing basis but may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Because Acelova Executive OS is in early access, some features are still evolving and may be labelled as beta; these can change or be withdrawn. We may modify or discontinue a Service, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet your requirements. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important records.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acelova Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Because the Services are provided free of charge during early access, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free period is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or if we stop offering a Service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request an export of Your Data before deletion, and we will delete Your Data within a reasonable period after your account is closed, except where we must retain it to comply with the law.

15. Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Acelova Global, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts with jurisdiction over Acelova Global will handle any disputes, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes are reflected by the date at the top of this page, and, where appropriate, we will notify you. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
